You will notice many projects are repeat customers with more than one project or years later they become a renovation customer.

STATE PARK PROJECTS - OKLAHOMA
Paddocks is currently in the design phase for the last two of the nine state park pool renovations. These parks are Greenleaf State Park and Osage Hills State Park. This will conclude renovations of all nine State Park Swimming Pools.
MURRAY STATE PARK - ARDMORE, OKLAHOMA
Inspection and evaluation services including mechanical, structural, A.D.A. review and compliance with Oklahoma Public Bathing Code. Estimates were also accomplished.

Paddock designed renovation for this facility. Construction will begin April 2017. Work includes; renovation of bathhouse, installation of stainless steel gutters, deck equipment and concrete decking, electrical. A large splash pad that can be opened with the pool or independent of the pool will be built. This Splash pad is a focal point as you drive to Murray State Lodge. The Splash pad contains unique and appealing features. Completion is scheduled August 2017. Construction cost – $ 1,685,000.00.

ROBBERS CAVE STATE PARK - WILBURTON, OKLAHOMA
Two state park aquatic facilities, Robbers Cave State Park was complete and open for the 2015 swim season. Construction cost – $ 550,000.00. Tenkiller State Park renovation is to be complete for the 2016 swim season Construction cost – $ 825,000.00.
TENKILLER STATE PARK - VIAN, OKLAHOMA

MAUD SCHOOLS - MAUD OKLAHOMA
Renovation and upgrades to the outdoor swimming facility including mechanical, filtration interior finish, recessed steps, handicap lift, 1meter diving and climbing wall. The facility was open for the 2015 swim seasons. Construction cost – $ 340,000.00
OKLAHOMA CITY GOLF AND COUNTRY CLUB - OKLAHOMA
Renovation to upgrade the 8,462 sq. ft. swimming facility and alter items needed to bring the pool into compliance with the Oklahoma State Health Department. Work includes backwash being fed to the sanitary sewer, removal and replacement of part of the deep end floor to reconfigure for compliance for 3 meter diving. In addition, we are adding wading pool independent inlet piping and fittings and correcting wading depths to meet current requirements. Aesthetic work includes custom perimeter decking, tile accents along with 18 foot diameter tile club logo, along with White Diamonds Pebble Sheen with Blue Luminous glass beads interior pool finish. The facility was open for the 2015 swim seasons. Construction cost mechanical upgrade – $ 350,000.00
BEAVER MUNICIPAL AQUATIC FACILITY - BEAVER, OKLAHOMA
Renovation of a 2,835 square foot, 25-yard, six lane swimming pool. Installation of a stainless steel recirculation system, installation of a step area, new concrete perimeter decking. Includes the installation of a new bathhouse with covered shade area , a new 1190 square foot wading pool with zero entry, vertical sprays, tumble buckets and “Donboat”. The facility has, 1-meter diving, and a commercial single flume slide. Estimated construction cost – $1,000,000.00. See rendering. The facility is to be completed and open for 2015 swim season.
MIDWEST CITY, OKLAHOMA
Trouble Shooting Services. The pool is approximately 500,000 gallons and in excess of 18,742 square feet. The city swimming facility had a pvc liner installed a few years ago. When they were starting the facility up for the swim season the liner had areas that filled with water under the pvc liner. One place in the four foot area had an area under the liner that fill up with air ( the city described it as a bubble in it the size of a Volkswagen ). Paddock was hired to troubleshoot, determine problem, locate and supervise their workforce to make repairs. Paddock testing equipment was used, the source of the leak was determined and repairs were made. This was accomplished on an emergency basis prior to the 2012 swim season.

Design Services. Paddock designed an ozone system as a secondary disinfectant for the facility. This will reduce chlorine and chemical costs by 50% or more and installation of an emergency dump system on their wading pool to cut down shutdown time.

Paddock designed the renovation of the facility in 1996.

REDROCK CANYON STATE PARK - HINTON, OKLAHOMA
Engineering and Design Services for renovation of the existing swimming pool originally built in the 1950’s. The pool is 2,286 square foot. Renovation includes new Stainless steel recirculation system, mechanical, filter area, recessed steps, children’s splash pad play area with water spray features, and perimeter concrete decking. Construction cost – $400,000. The renovated facility will open for 2013 swim season.

Paddock originally designed and built the Redrock Canyon facility in 1956.

CHEROKEE, OKLAHOMA
Design of new filter area including slab, pump house, pump, motor, strainer, filter, Filter area piping, controller, chemical automation, gauges,. Estimated Construction cost – $125,000. Work to be completed prior to the 2014 swim season.
CORDELL, OKLAHOMA
Design for repairs to the structure on the interior of pool and application of new interior finish. Design work is in accordance with the Land and Water Conversation Fund Grant. Paddock had accomplished preliminary work needed for the grant application. Estimated Construction cost – $79,100 Work to be completed prior to the 2014 swim season.
CHESAPEAKE ENERGY HEALTH CLUB BUILDING
Engineering and Design Services for a 25-yard, four lane, with a 10 foot wide handicap accessible zero entry, all tile indoor pool. The facility is designed to accommodate a variety of swim exercises, volleyball, and employee recreation. Also included is an all tile hydrotherapy spa, designed to invigorate and relax the patrons. In addition the men’s and women’s locker room will each have a therapy spa and a cold plunge pool. Construction is expected to be accomplished in 2014.

Paddock designed an indoor pool and spa for Chesapeake energy fitness center in 2001.

GRANT COUNTY SWIMMING FACILITY - ULYSSES, KANSAS
Engineering and Design Services for addition of a dual flume water slide. Including conversion of the existing wading to incorporate zero entry to meet current A.D.A. requirements. The slide has a 146.6 foot open flume slide and a 136.8 foot closed flume slde starting from a 20.3 feet tower. Construction cost – $350,000. The facility was open for 2012 swim season.

Paddock evaluated both the indoor and outdoor swimming facilities in 1995. Paddock was subsequently hired to designed and did the construction to convert the outdoor facility from a gravity vacuum sand filter system to a hi-rate pressure sand filter system.

SPLASHPADS ( Paddock designed a re-circulated splashpad for Burlington, Colorado. In addition the Sequoyah State Park renovation ( listed above ) has a splashpad operated with the swimming pool water and the City of Mangum renovation ( listed above )has a splashpad that drains to sanitary sewer that is operated with potable water.

PLANETPAD BURLINGTON, COLORADO
Engineering, Design and Construction Management Services for splashpad with a planet, outer space theme. The splashpad is approximately 1,400 square feet with 14 interactive water features. Construction cost – $350,000. The facility was open August 2012.
WESTERN HILLS STATE LODGE - SEQUOYAH PARK, HULBERT, OKLAHOMA
Engineering and Design Services for renovation of the existing swimming pool originally built by “Paddock” in 1960. The pool is 3,808 square foot. Renovation includes new Stainless steel recirculation system, mechanical, zero entry area, children’s splash pad play area with water attractions multiple spray features, perimeter concrete decking and a large commercial water slide. Construction cost – $875,000. The facility was open for 2011 swim season.
GROVE, OKLAHOMA
Engineering and Design Services for a new Aquatic Center includes a 7,500 square foot zero swimming pool with zero entry. The pool is a six lane competitive pool with one and three meter diving , that include the bathhouse, a 17.25 foot tall, 120.4 feet long open flume and 54.8 feet enclosed speed flume commercial water slides and other attractions including vertical sprays and “Vortex” elevated pool play attraction. Estimated construction cost – $1,500,000. The facility was open for the 2010 swim season.
QUAIL CREEK GOLF & COUNTRY CLUB - OKLAHOMA CITY
Engineering and Design Services for renovation of the existing swimming pool and bath facilities originally built by “Paddock” in 1960. The pool is 5,650 square foot. Renovation includes new Stainless steel recirculation system, mechanical, zero entry area, children’s play area (with water attractions including tumble buckets, “Donboat” and custom quail spray feature), perimeter concrete decking and a large commercial water slide. The pool is a six lane competitive pool. Construction cost – $931,000. The facility was open for 2010 swim season.
DURANT, OKLAHOMA
Engineering and Design Services for renovations of the existing swimming pool and bath facilities originally built by “Paddock” in 1960. The pool is 7,250 square foot. The pool was renovated approximately ten years ago without state approved plans and permit for the project. Wading pool operation, interior finish, bathhouse A.D.A. and commercial water slide were not in compliance with the Oklahoma Public Bathing Place regulations. The facility was open, in compliance, for the 2011 swim season.
MANGUM, OKLAHOMA
Engineering and Design Services for Renovation of the existing swimming pool and bathhouse originally designed by “Paddock” in 1953. Original bond issue passed, Paddocks proceeded with design, election was invalidated, Paddocks in the process of redesigning for minimal renovation and minimal cost. The facility includes a 4,600 square foot swimming pool. The pool is a six lane competitive pool that include the bathhouse and a single flume small commercial water slide. In addition a splashpad was designed in the same park that is operated with potable water and drains to the sanitary sewer. Construction cost – $500,000, excluding splashpad. The facility was open for 2010 swim season.
