We consider our firm, Paddock Enterprises, Inc. unique in that our only discipline concerns swimming pool facilities, both new and renovation projects. Our family’s experience in swimming pool design spans three generations, creating an environment that induces improvements in design, based on evaluations and inspections of past projects and new technology.

In providing design services for municipal and other public entities over many years, we have an understanding of their special needs and an awareness of the responsibilities that city officials bear in their duties. We further have extensive experience in assisting said entities through public presentation to obtain funding and for other procedural matters. In addition, our expertise and relationships with our facilities go far beyond superior design, providing operational instructions, technical assistance and extended support.

Paddock Enterprises has put together a team of professionals to address projects. This enables us to accommodate the needs and requirements of our customers and achieve the expectations of all concerned.

Donald Paddock
Donald Paddock has been in the swimming pool business all of his adult life and has been responsible for the coordination of all Paddock design projects since 1989. His experience with new and renovation swimming pool projects has included positions as designer, job superintendent, mechanical supervisor, general construction superintendent, and supervisor of construction management projects. Mr. Paddock is an NSPF instructor and conducts numerous courses every year individually, as well as, in conjunction with the Oklahoma Department of Health. Mr. Paddock has received training in specific equipment technology and provides operational courses at Paddock facilities.
Sean Brockwell
Sean Brockwell is currently responsible for drafting projects and computer technology. Sean’s vast computer drafting experience adds a new level of expertise to our design staff. From concept drawings to finished detail drawings. Sean is capable of completing any idea you may have for your facility.
Tim Johnson, P.E.
Tim Johnson, P.E. is President of Johnson and Associates, an engineering firm located in Oklahoma City. Tim has been associated on particular projects since 1999. Upon the death of John Paddock, P.E. in November of 2002, Tim Johnson has taken over as engineer for Paddock projects. His experience includes river and canal projects, bridges and land planning projects, along with a vast array of public and private civil engineering projects. Kevin Galliart, NCARB
Kevin Galliart, NCARB is president of Trinity Group Architects, located in Oklahoma City. Kevin has been an Architect for 28 years and has been the owner of Trinity Group Architects since 1992. Kevin has worked on select projects in Oklahoma and Texas since 1999. Kevin provides architectural design for various complimentary buildings and structures. Jeff Morgan, Owner of H2O Pools
Jeff Morgan, Owner of H2O Pools. Jeff has worked for Paddock as an employee and a contractor for in excess of 25 years. Jeff has performed inspection services, testing, mechanical and field work for Paddock in Oklahoma and surrounding states.
